Sandev S. Purewal | Litigation Lawyer

Sandev was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001 and is an experienced litigation lawyer in the areas of serious personal injury, disability insurance and products liability litigation, while also having addressed a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters.

He has appeared as counsel before the Superior Court of Justice, Tax Court of Canada, Ontario Court of Appeal and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Sandev has successfully litigated cases to judgment at trial as well and as having recovered millions of dollars for his clients through negotiated settlements.

Since 2010, Sandev has been a Senior Litigation Lawyer at the leading Toronto personal injury firm of Gluckstein & Associates LLP, where his practice is focused on serious personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and disability insurance cases on behalf of plaintiffs.

Sandev is the President of the Brain Injury Association of Peel & Halton (BIAPH), as well as being actively involved in other community activities, such as leading the "Helmets on Kids" project in Peel, which provides free bicycle helmets to children in need.
